Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Firstly our apologies. We strive for the best outcome with shipping procedures. On the rare occasion of a damaged or defective item we want to correct the situation as soon as possible. 

Please contact us as soon as possible but within 30 Days of receiving the item by clicking here and send the following information:

  • Your Name
  • The Order number of your purchase (located in the email confirmation received upon order check out. You can also access it by logging into your customer account here .
  • Let us know the issue is what your purchased
  • We’ll provide instructions and information for your for replacement or return with refund

This action needs to take place within 30 days of receiving the damaged or defective item
