Return Policy

We understand that sometimes the perfect item may not meet your expectations. We gladly will take returns up to 30 days from their delivery date at your receiving location.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a full refund. However, we can grant a merchandise credit for future use after your product has been returned, received at our warehouse and deemed in returnable condition by our team.

If your return is a holiday/seasonal item a separate policy is in place for these items, please see the Seasonal and Holiday Policy below.

Shipping is non-refundable as the carrier has fulfilled its duty and bills for the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original good condition packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and fresh items cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards
  • Furniture
  • Custom Upholstered or Custom Fabricated Items
  • Items Already Assembled
  • Sale Items 
  • Holiday Items (see Holiday/Seasonal below)
  • Downloadable guides and books
  • Any Services Such As
  • White Glove Service and Assembly 
  • Shipping Charges
  • Expedited Shipping Charges
  • Interior Decor or Decorating Services or Consulting
  • Holiday Decor Service or Consulting
  • Event Consulting
  • Flowers and fresh products
  • Items purchased by client request

To complete your return, we require the following:

  • Contact us via email to receive approval for the return shipment, approval is needed before sending it back to us. Shipping costs to return merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Proof of purchase such as your invoice or order number
  • Telephone Number
  • Email 
  • Images may be required secondary

HOLIDAY/SEASONAL POLICY

Our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of receiving the order. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can not offer a full refund.

  • Autumn/Fall Wreaths
  • Thanksgiving Items

 If items are discovered  broken or defective, our customer care team will work with you on for the best outcome.

REFUND OPTIONS

  • Once a notification has arrived that your item has been returned and is approved for refund, we’ll begin the process of crediting your account. Please note most banks take 3 to 5 business days to process the transaction and the funds returned to your account.

We have adopted a few shipping methods bringing you merchandise that lowers consumer costs and the carbon footprint of delivery. We have partnered with wonderful furniture, home decor and larger item vendors delivering some merchandise directly to your location. By doing so, we have eliminated additional transportation carbon footprint and in some cases even lowered or eliminated your delivery costs. In addition to this we stock various items at our location here outside of Philadelphia and a midwest distribution center.

Depending on the item it may ship by three different methods.

  • Shipping from our location in Philadelphia
  • Shipping directly from our vendor
  • Shipping from a distribution center

There are some limitations for Promotional Codes. These limitations can include specific LB vendors, items and price points. Each code’s usage is qualified with it’s own parameters when issued.

Because our business model is designer curated with select products price matching is not provided. We do not follow a mass market business model. Rather one that is boutique in nature coming directly to your home via the web.

Yes, we hold monthly classes online via zoom. You can view our upcoming class schedule by clicking here. Products for class (if needed) are shipped to the attendees. Local in-person classes will be scheduled again once limitations due to Covid-19 have subsided.
