Exchanges

We are happy to help with the exchange of merchandise. Our Return Policy governs exchanges. The same items that are not returnable are also not able to be exchanged. We ask that all exchanges happen within 30 days of the delivery date, items are unused and in their original packaging. 

Some items are not exchangeable and ar listed below:

  • Furniture
  • Custom Made or Fabricated Items 
  • Custom Apoltreded Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Fresh Merchandise: flowers or food items
  • Items Already Assembled
  • Sale Items
  • Holiday Items after 5 days of purchase. 

Please follow these steps to begin your exchange process:

  • Contact the customer care team by clicking here
  • Provide
    • Your full name
    • Order Number
    • Item to be exchanged
  • A customer care team member will respond during normal business hours.
  • They will arrange to have the item sent back
  • Please remember all shipping charges for return shipment are the customers responsibility as well as the shipping back to your location
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable during the exchange process

If you would like to expedite the process, you can purchase your replacement item immediately and when the returned items reaches the warehouse, you will be credited for the merchandise amount, less any shipping.

We have adopted a few shipping methods bringing you merchandise that lowers consumer costs and the carbon footprint of delivery. We have partnered with wonderful furniture, home decor and larger item vendors delivering some merchandise directly to your location. By doing so, we have eliminated additional transportation carbon footprint and in some cases even lowered or eliminated your delivery costs. In addition to this we stock various items at our location here outside of Philadelphia and a midwest distribution center.

Depending on the item it may ship by three different methods.

  • Shipping from our location in Philadelphia
  • Shipping directly from our vendor
  • Shipping from a distribution center

Because of his following around the US, Living Beautifully by Petah Bashano is an online only curated shopping experience. However, if you live near the Philadelphia area, pop-up shops happen from time to time. Be sure to check our events for possible announcements and information by clicking here

There are some limitations for Promotional Codes. These limitations can include specific LB vendors, items and price points. Each code’s usage is qualified with it’s own parameters when issued.

Please note most banks take 3 to 7 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends) to process the transaction and the funds returned to your account.

Because our business model is designer curated with select products price matching is not provided. We do not follow a mass market business model. Rather one that is boutique in nature coming directly to your home via the web.

Yes, we hold monthly classes online via zoom. You can view our upcoming class schedule by clicking here. Products for class (if needed) are shipped to the attendees. Local in-person classes will be scheduled again once limitations due to Covid-19 have subsided.
