Shipping Policy

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

The amount of time that it will take to ship the goods to you will be calculated and presented to you when you place your order.

There are times and events out of our control that may delay shipping such as environmental conditions, social unrest, health crises such as a pandemic, acts of terror, act of war and non-war and force majeure.  We will do our best to communicate any delays in shipping as soon as we become aware of them. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are added at checkout. An estimated shipping rate can be obtained while shopping, by viewing your cart and adding the receiving address where indicated. Our Customer Care Team monitors to be sure the rate at checkout reflects the rate we pay our carriers that includes the safe packaging and delivery of your order. 

Fees for Standard Ground Shipping

For a general estimate of standard ground shipping and packaging fees, most orders ship with an estimated shipping and packaging rate of 16% to 18% of your order total. This is a general estimate and does not include all items. Most orders ship at 16% of their product price. Shipping can and will fluctuate depending on our carries rates, season and other factors governing their rates at time of your purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES

“Quickship Items,” as noted on their product page, are available from our company’s warehouse and follow the time table below.

Standard Delivery: 5-8 business days

Express Delivery: 2-4 business days

Overnight Delivery: 1-2 business days

“Ready to Ship,” as noted on their product page, ships directly from our vendors and their lead time is 1-3 weeks. If multiple purchased items are “Ready to Ship” they may arrive separately from one another and delivered by the vendor’s preferred carrier. Tracking information on “Ready to Ship” items is provided as it becomes available to our service staff. “Ready to Ship” items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
