How in Love with Amore are You?

Me, I love seeing people in love and being in love. But, I may L-O-V-E entertaining even more.

When it comes to Valentine’s Day is one of those holiday’s where people may struggle finding their footing.

Does it have to be just couples, just your gal pals, just cocktails or just brunch? To which I say yes to all. No help, you’re right.

The point is the gathering is anything you find joyful. There are no hard rules to follow or break… just have fun and enjoy.

The inspiration for this gathering came from my family and friends with enormous family, social, school and work schedules. My thoughts were centered on how they could be a super-star host with only a few ingredients. No crazy cooking or hours in the kitchen, nor caterer or food purveyor dropping off the selected menu items.

So I began thinking, what is a simplified gathering, that could be done quickly and without expending hours on preparations but still gave the guests a remarkable experience? The result, a small gathering, after dinner to enjoy a bit of dessert and sweets celebrating love. In this case the love of friends.
