GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only ship to the 48 Contiguous States. Apologies we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. A physical address is needed to receive your merchandise. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We do not ship Internationally at this time

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are added at checkout. An estimated shipping rate can be obtained while shopping, by viewing your cart and adding the receiving address where indicated. Our Customer Care Team monitors to be sure the rate at checkout reflects the rate we pay our carriers that includes the safe packaging and delivery of your order. 

Fees for Standard Ground Shipping

For a general estimate of standard ground shipping and packaging fees, most orders ship with an estimated shipping and packaging rate of 16% to 18% of your order total. This is a general estimate and does not include all items. Most orders ship at 16% of their product price. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Quickship Items,” as noted on their product page, are available from our company’s warehouse and follow the time table below.

Standard Delivery: 5-8 business days

Express Delivery: 2-4 business days

Overnight Delivery: 1-2 business days

Ready to Ship,” as noted on their product page ship directly from our vendors and their lead time is 1-3 weeks. If multiple purchased items are “Ready to Ship” they may arrive separately from one another and delivered by the vendor’s preferred carrier. Tracking information on “Ready to Ship” items is provided as it becomes available to our service staff. “Ready to Ship” items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order” Items, as noted on their product page, ship once in-stock. The dates offered on pre-order items are an estimate of receiving time. Due to shipping delays these dates are subject to change. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

PREFERRED CARRIER

UPS is our preferred carrier for normal parcel delivery and meets our requirements for exceptional delivery service. Larger items, where noted, arrive by large freight carriers. 

FURNITURE SHIPPING

Furniture pieces are “Ready to Ship” items (please see above under “Shipping Times”), and delivered by a third party shipping provider. Their carriers will reach out to you directly and schedule a time that coordinates with both your schedule and the freight company.

** Please inspect the furniture packaging immediately upon arrival for visible signs of damage. If the item is compromised or incorrect, please refuse the delivery. Please mark the Bill of Lading with the word “damaged.” We are here to assist you in the rare event of this occurrence. Please send a message with your contact number HERE

If your delivery is missed due to incorrect information provided to the carrier when scheduling your appointment, or at time of ordering, or you are not home at the agreed upon time, additional fees for redelivery, restocking if canceled and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE DETAILS

Due to the size, weight and fragility of some items, this service is necessary for the safe and specialized handling of your purchase. Products in-need of this specialized service are noted in their descriptions. 

  • Delivery service time is 8AM to 6PM (your local time)
  • Truck with liftgate
  • Room specific inside delivery
  • 2 to 3 person staff with 30 to 45 minutes on site
  • Delivery service time is 8AM to 6PM (your local time)
  • 2 flights of stairs included
  • Unpackaging of shipment and removal of packaging materials
  • Light assembly is included using an adjustable wrench & screwdriver (only non-electrical tools are used)

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE FEES

White Glove Service Fee: $629.00, in addition to the standard base fee for shipping (this shipping is required to send the item(s) to the White Glove Service Provider). The base fee includes shipping and handling. 

PLEASE NOTE: Ancillary charges may apply for locations deemed restrictive or remote access areas by our white glove providers. Recipient’s destination issues undisclosed prior to delivery may receive additional fees. For example: More than the included number of stair flights, building’s elevator will not accommodate the shipment size. These fees are accessed onsite and charged to the customer. A customer care representative will contact you of additional charges before shipping for approval.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes the perfect item may not meet your expectations. We gladly will take returns up to 30 days from their delivery date at your receiving location. For more details on returns and refunds, visit our RETURN POLICY PAGE

Some items are not returnable such as:

  • Gift Cards
  • Furniture
  • Custom Upholstered or Custom Fabricated Items
  • Items Already Assembled
  • Sale Items
  • Holiday Items after 5 days of purchase. Due to the boutique nature of our business, the 5 day time period begins and includes the day items are received at your address.

REFUND OPTIONS

  • Once a notification has arrived that your item has been returned and is approved for refund, we’ll begin the process of crediting your account. Please note most banks take 3 to 5 business days to process the transaction and the funds returned to your account.

TRACKING INFORMATION

As your packages are shipped a tracking code is generated. We will update you as tracking information becomes available.

Tracking Information is not immediately available after purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are not possible for items once an online shopping cart has been submitted.
  • You can still achieve a return or exchange by contacting us HERE and begin the return process. Note: Return Shipping Costs Still Apply. See Returns & Refunds for more details.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

In the rare case orders are lost or stolen after shipping (leaving the warehouse or distribution center),  we unfortunately cannot take responsibility. The best option is to  file a claim with the carrier.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you found the incorrect item in your shipment, our apologies for this inconvenience.

Our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible.

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order number
  • The item you are missing
  • And your choice of
    • replacement or send back for a refund
  • We will naturally cover your return shipping costs as well as the costs to replace the item, if that is your preference above.

We ask that this process take place as soon as possible up to 30 days after receiving the item.
